Wyong Lakes Seeking To Fill Senior Men’s And Women’s Coaching Roles for 2023
An exciting opportunity has been made available for aspiring Coaches to lead the Wyong Lakes Senior
Programs for the 2023 Season!
The Wyong Lakes Magpies AFC (established in 1975) reside in Tacoma on the NSW Central
Coast and compete in the AFL Hunter Central Coast League. Wyong Lakes AFC prides itself on
being a community focused club, helping to grow and positively influence the local community
for the better. With our recently upgraded facilities that include new changerooms, year-round
access to our private club room, as well as new drainage and lighting, this is sure to amaze you.
We are seeking strong people leaders to develop and drive our Culture, grow our playing lists,
and ensure our long-term future success in Senior and Reserve Men’s and Senior Women’s.
The desired candidates will have the following:
- Minimum Level 1 Senior Coaching Certificate (AFL course qualification)
- Previous experience in planning and executing training plans
- Strong communication and organizational skills (written and verbal)
- An understanding of culture building and list management
- Valid NSW WWC
- Ability to promote an inclusive environment for all players and people associated with
the club, including both junior and senior groups.
