Lake Macquarie Seeking Senior Men’s Coach for 2021

Lake Macquarie Australian Football Club turns 25 years young as we move into season 2021. We are a community and family focused club with a dedicated core of people working hard to ensure our club’s longevity and to maintain its fantastic culture of fun and inclusion on and off the field.

We enjoy full access to and management of excellent facilities at Tulkaba Park, Teralba with two playing fields and upgrades in progress.

Meet our current core of senior men – some old heads, some newbies, and some young guns who, despite their youth, have ‘old footy heads’.  All are ready and willing to work under somebody who will bring out their greatest, help attract new talent, and build a competitive and potentially flag-winning side.

We are looking for a Senior Men’s Coach willing to set direction and work cohesively with this group of untapped potential, who will set the bar high, and who understands that great football sides take time, consistent effort, and tough decisions. Your efforts will have the full support of an experienced and transparent committee as we work towards long-term sustainability and growth.

If you love footy and being part of a great culture, have experience with a minimum Level 1 AFL Coaching Accreditation (and willing to upgrade to Level 2), and are looking for a challenge in 2021 and beyond, we’d love to talk. Remuneration to be negotiated with potential candidate.
