Gosford Tigers AFC seeking Coaches for 2020
The Gosford Tigers Australian Football Club is currently seeking Senior coaches for the 2020 season.
The Gosford Tigers AFC currently play in three grades in the AFL Hunter Central Coast completion. The competition covers the Central Coast and Newcastle/Hunter regions.
- Senior Men’s AFLHCC Cup
- Reserve Grade AFLHCC Plate
- Senior Women’s
The club has a young playing list in both Men’s and Women’s who have re-joined the competition in 2018 after some years playing in the AFL Sydney competition.
The Gosford Tigers home ground is Adcock Park located on the Central Coast Highway and this sporting precinct will be part of a multi-million dollar upgrade commencing late 2019 in readiness for the 2020 season.
The successful candidates will have outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, well developed knowledge and expertise in building a high performance team environment with the ability to led and embed a winning culture.
Candidates will need to address the following competencies and experience
- Level 1 (preferred Level 2 ) AFL Coaching accreditation
- Demonstrated coaching experience and success
- Demonstrated experience in implementing values and behaviours for a winning culture both on and off the field
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic game plans in an AFL environment
