The session will be run:

Tackle Your Feelings Partnership with CoachAFL

When community coaches login to the CoachAFL system to register or re-accredit as a coach for the 2022 season they will be asked to complete the Tackle Your Feelings awareness module called “Four Quarters of Mental Health Awareness”. This is an introductory module and not the full program.

Once  coaches complete the “Four Quarters of Mental Health Awareness” via CoachAFL, they will be directed straight to the platform where you can also book into local face-to-face workshops (The Doylo on May 30). Coaches that complete the full Tackle Your Feelings journey, starting with the awareness module via CoachAFL, will be rewarded with six points towards their CPD requirements for 2022.

Participants can register themselves via the Tackle Your Feelings website where you will then gain direct access to the online platform where you can book into the workshop. You will also have access to the “Coaches Box”, which is a library full of mental health resources for community coaches.
