SNEAK PEEK – 2019 Fixtures

With the 2019 AFL Hunter Central Coast Senior Fixtures about to be publicly released, a Friday afternoon taster for what is to come in a blockbuster opening weekend for the Men’s & Women’s competitions.

On Saturday 30th March, a massive ELEVEN fixtures will take place at the soon to be opened Central Coast Regional Sporting and Recreation Complex as part of a weekend of festivities at the venue. AFL Hunter Central Coast have been able to secure two fields to play Black Diamond Cup and Women’s fixtures across a twelve hour period.

Round two will feature Lake Macquarie hosting Newcastle City in the annual Bob Hooton memorial fixture. Hooton was a stalwart of both clubs, with a large crowd expected to be on hand to honour his memory. The “Battle of the Bay’s” will highlight round three of the competition, with Nelson Bay hosting a Warners Bay outfit hoping to go deep into finals in 2019.

ANZAC Day commemorations will be a focus as Cardiff host Warners Bay on Thursday April 25th at the newly opened Pasterfields Sports Complex at Cameron Park. With all three grades taking to the field on the day, the Cardiff R.S.L Sub Branch will be present to conduct a service preceding the Black Diamond Cup fixture.

The full season fixture for all Senior grades will be released on www.aflhuntercentralcoast.com.au Monday 4th February
